Yes — that email is really from us.
Charity On Top runs on more than one web address, and we work with trusted partners to move money to charities. Here's how to tell what's genuinely ours.
"The link says poweredbycharity, not charityontop…"
That's correct and expected. poweredbycharity.com is our redemption platform — the part of Charity On Top where charities sign up, manage their profile, and receive funds. Same organization, same team.

We will never ask for banking details anywhere else, and never by email reply, phone, or text.
