Charity On Top runs on more than one web address, and we work with trusted partners to move money to charities. Here's how to tell what's genuinely ours.

"The link says poweredbycharity, not charityontop…"

That's correct and expected. poweredbycharity.com is our redemption platform — the part of Charity On Top where charities sign up, manage their profile, and receive funds. Same organization, same team.

✕ Any other address — including lookalike spellings — is not Charity On Top. Don't enter information there.

There is exactly one place charities enter payment information: the page titled "Payments Dashboard", which opens a secure page run by our payment partner Tipalti — the same platform used by thousands of businesses to pay suppliers securely. We will never ask for banking details anywhere else, and never by email reply, phone, or text.

How to double-check any email

Three quick habits that catch nearly every fake:

Check the sender address, not the display name Our emails come from addresses ending in @charityontop.org, @poweredbycharity.com, or @fundforall.org. You may also occasionally receive email from @charityontop.com or @tipalti.com. "Charity On Top" as a display name means nothing — look at what comes after the @.

When in doubt, go there yourself Instead of clicking a link, type poweredbycharity.com or charityontop.org into your browser and sign in directly. If the request is real, it will be waiting in your account.

Watch for one-letter fakes Scammers register near-misses — an extra letter, a missing one, a swapped pair (say, "poweredbycharty.com"). If the spelling isn't exactly what's on this page, it isn't us.
